My name is Laura Halfpenny a mother of five residing in Minnesota.
I first created a whole grain all purpose mix to solve a serious nutrition problem
in my own family 4 1/2 years ago.
My family were terribly hooked on junk foods of all kinds. sigh.
But I took their love of pancakes, muffins and cakes etc and developed a simple whole grain mix. In
the years since I have shared and given away hundreds of pounds of mix I did by hand in my
kitchen. Mom's all over the nation have tested and now use this product with success. And one thing
to note is, after a little while the kids want to help make these healthy items! My kids now make
the fruit/veggie pulp and we bake together. How cool is that?
